Wk 7 run 1 c2 5k app kept crashing so I ran the same route as my last run which was the same time 25 mins. Now I’m thinking if the app is crashing should I just run with the endomondo app and try for 5k regardless of time any advice

Well done getting the run done despite the gremlins. You’d be better off using endomondo for a timed run that trying to jump straight to 10k... 25 minute runs this week, 3 runs of 28 and 3 of 30 closes the plan out.

I wouldn't advise you to go for 5k regardless..........you still have 3 weeks of training to get you to the end of the programme.
Doing too much too soon will increase your injury risk.
You could use the podcasts.
You could use Runkeeper programmed with your intervals.
You could use a stopwatch/timer on your phone.
The graduation requirements of C25k are that you run for 30 minutes three times, preferably within a week. You don't have to run 5k.
