Yay !!

Did this this morning and still puffing like mad but it’s v encouraging to see the graphic of the 3 runs moving steadily onwards.

Well done.

If you are puffing you are going too fast for your current fitness level.

You should be able to speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run.

For some reason we all decided to go as fast as we could when we started. That didn't leave much oxygen in the lungs.

The key is to chill and slow it right down. Right. Down.

As the time goes by you'll get stronger, your cardio engine more supportive and your body will enable you to go as fast as you genetically can.

That's just one of the beauties of running!
