Reading the forum, lots of people say week 5 is a step up... well having just completed week 4, run 1 and feeling that was a major step up (happy that I made it through though!) must say feeling a little nervous of what is still to come! Windy and cold this morning... and a bit of a zig zag run as I was keeping well out of the way of the dog walkers
