Bring it on, W6R3... as far as I'm concerned as of tomorrow I'm officially a runner, hehe. 25 mins with no breaks, and that's how it continues... after last week's 20 min run, I know I can do it... my little Doberman pincer has been a great companion on this journey, so not just getting me fitter, him too. Thanks to all for all the support and posts on these pages, they have made interesting reading ! Already half a stone down... hereheres to a happy running future !

Hello Rigsy,

You are definitely a runner, and so is your wonderful companion, brilliant that you have already done so well with your weight loss and sticking to this programme. Sounds like you’re really enjoying the runs and really proud of what you’ve achieved.

Take care 🤗

That’s great ,well done

What a great feeling Rigsy, you are now officially a runner and so is your dog. Won't be long now before you are graduating. Happy running and stay safe 💪

Brilliant, well done.

And I did it, actually found it quite easy, my mind is in the right place, even did the requested push at the end! I'm loving this running milarky, hehe
