Thankyou for the motivational comments my problem is my motivation the hardest point will be the second week in to keep motivated to do it
Don't go negative right in the beginning. You are already telling yourself that week 2 could be a problem. What's your actual motivation? Weight loss, fitness, general health? You won't fix any of it by week 3. All this stuff is long term but running definitely works and can fix all of it. Don't over analyse, just go and run.
You’ve done the hardest part by getting off the couch! I’ve just finished week 1 and, trust me, it feels a lot better with each run. Good luck with your runs and hopefully we’ll graduate in the same week👍
