I'm getting through the programme much more quickly than I did the first time I tried it - it took me about 9 months to get to week 8 last time, but I'm on week 3 after just a couple of weeks this time. I am actually running alternate days - it makes a big difference. The 3 minute run today felt like a step up but manageable. Still a lot of people out and still some people who seem to think that a 2 metre distance is basically as far as you can put your arm out - i.e., around half of what 2 metres is. But the traffic has decreased so much that most of the time I can just run in the road to get my distance!

Well done on your runs! Yes, I have found myself running in the road to keep social distance too - most people get it but some still don't! 😠 Keep going and good luck with your next run!🙂👍
