Just completed week 4 run 2, half the way around it felt like I may have pulled something in the lower part of my right leg at the back lower down but not as low as the ankle, I soldiered on at a slower pace to finish, not sure but I think as I am now working from home, I’m not moving around as much as I would do in a normal days work, so will begin to stretch more especially the legs and maybe do some yoga or Pilates on my days off as I’m also putting on weight take care be positive and stay safe

Good idea!
You might need a longer warm up. I was really slow to warm up so extended my brisk walk When it’s very cold I warm in the house first but still do the brisk warm up walk. Cold muscles are injury prone
