As time goes by you will find yourself running in rain, wind, heat and cold. One time I ran with sleet hitting me horizontally in my left ear

Wind is difficult. I thought we'd seen the last of it for this winter, until I saw this weekend's weather forecast. I've dusted off my exercise bike from the garage for tomorrow. If nothing else, it will add a bit of variety to my exercise routine.
