Week 2 complete!

I didn’t post after the 2nd run, it was quiet difficult if I’m honest! But last nights run was amazing, I felt myself going faster, pushing myself. I’m not very good at slow jogging as I am a fast walker any way 🤣.

However I am aching so much because of that bloody joe wicks!

Knees are hurting nag during runs now, but like they use to, I think I just need some better trainers.

Well done

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.

Well done 👍. I’m doing the kids Joe Wicks PE too. It’s awesome. Free fun for all the family. I’m on my own but never mind. It’s really fun but a proper workout
