W4R1 in very concerning time

So I made sure I kept my distance from everyone, but what I find as I sit here recovering from my run, is that not only did completing the run make me feel great. But so did the nods and exchanged smiles with others out enjoying a brief excursion outside.

I can now face another 48 hours of complete social isolation. But I got this, we’ve all got this 😊

I noticed that today too, everyone seemed a lot more friendly than usual. We were all happy to be outdoors :)

Nod.

Smile.

Wave.

Thumbs up.

But, seriously, I’ve also noticed more community feelings and ‘closeness’ now that we have to reduce how close we are:)
