I know the feeling. I imagine much like yourself I was really getting into the swing of things and was on week 6 prior to going away for a long weekend.
Came back and have had to do 4 lots of run 1 week 6( I hope that makes sense). Just got back from my 4th one and still don't feel anywhere near ready to move on!
I just keep telling myself that I've not regretted any runs that I have done and always feel good for getting it done. Just keep up the good work. Repeat a couple of the early runs on week 5, move forward when your ready and you'll be back in no time. Completely agree with losing it so quickly but it will come. Now more than ever it's best to keep it up! You've got this!
