Need to get something to hold my phone as it is warm in a jacket. But I did it and I'm proud of myself and I've really missed the achy muscles πŸ˜‚

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

Well done CF if you have sports direct close by and it's open, they sell bum bag style phone holders and well they work ok. I'm still using mine you don't realize it's on when you get going πŸ‘

Well done!

I went to decathlon and got this strappy gizmo for under a tenner that holds my phone in a zipped pocket across my chest.

It is reference number 8325467 on the Decathlon website and described as KALENJI RUNNING 2-POSITION BAG BLACK.

Happy runnings!

Thanks everyone! I think it's closed by me now but I'll take a look online and find something. Very excited to get back to it
