Graduated couch to 5k two weeks ago and did first outdoor run now the gym is closed. It was tough at the start but I did a mixture of jogging and walking . Glad to say a lot more jogging than walking . I need to get used to the surface, much harder and you don't have the problem of wayward dogs in the gym 😂

Glad I started out slowly as advised , will try to go out 3x a week as usual and with jo Wiley's help I should be back to 30 minutes, although I probably need to do 40 mins to teach 5k. Hopefully by the time they reinstate the park runs I'll be ready. It was my challenge for my big birthday this year 😳😳

Well done for getting out there - what strange times to be starting running! You’re doing great. Hardly anyone gets to 5k within the 30 mins in C25k. Happy running - long may it last!
