Jogger down

I'm currently self isolated due to having 2 of the symptoms of the covid 19.

I'm day 4 of running a constant fever and experiencing a mild sore throat.

Even if I am better this weekend, I'm not chancing jogging. I'm already scared enough as it is. I'm worried about my husband and daughter, and it's not worth the risk. If I'm better, I always have weights here at home and a back yard.

Challenging with food though and essentials. I get upset once in awhile with the panic shoppers.

Be safe everyone x

a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

Try to stay calm... and do take care of yourself... and when you feel better:) Check out my new post :)

Thank you Oldfoss. Eases my worry. My temperature is manageable and very little cough.

I think my body is fighting something at the moment. My husband keeps checking up on me too.

Take care - it may just be the normal winter lurgies that are still around

Look after yourself

Get well soon!

There are lots of local volunteer groups being set up. Might be worth a FB search.

Really scary times; try and 'embrace uncertainty'. I sincerely believe we can come out of this in a better place

Running will wait :)

Take care and remember that you and everybody in your household need to remain in isolation for 14 days from the time of your first symptoms.

There are groups in most communities who can arrange deliveries of food, medication and vital supplies. look online to find one in your area.
