I'm a little confused and frustrated this morning. I am in week 9 with 2 runs to go to graduation. I have achieved one 30min run so I know I can do it and I like to finish what I've started so I want to complete the programme.
With all the advice going around and what has happened in Italy and Spain I am not wanting to go out and feel like attempting to run outdoors. I'm 64 and I live with someone over 70 so am I being paranoid or sensible?
I've achieved 30 mins so I think I will just restart when it's safer to do so. What do you think?

I'm sorry, it's a worrying time, and no you're not paranoid. If you don't feel happy going out, just don't go. I went for a walk along our seafront yesterday and was horrified by the number of people out in the sun. I took a side road back and went home.
I ran round the same place early this morning and I had it to myself. The minute I got home, I went in the shower (instead of my usual faffing with coffee). My partner and I are both ok with that, even though he's a fair bit older than me. But we all make our own judgement calls.
There are plenty of exercise programmes online and exercises you can try at home. C25K will still be there when all this is over.
Thanks it may be that I could try early in the morning and get the last two under my belt. Then I'll review future runs. We can always start again when it's safer.
I really wouldn't like to give you any advice about this...just in case its wrong. You need to do what feels safe for you. Lots of people out running at the moment but it seems you should be self isolating if you live with some over 70.
Thanks for support. I will see how I feel in the morning a week day may be better less people about. I am putting my partner ahead of running till it is safer to go out
