Treadmill recommendation?

Gym has closed so will need to buy a cheap treadmill ASAP! Any recommendations gratefully received please!

Is it possible instead for you to try running solo outside?

Sorry I don't have any recommendations for tread mills but I was online yesterday looking at gym equipment and the online store said that delivers were delayed by 10 days due to huge demand, a bit of a wait, still!

Thanks Pippkins in that case might have to take a risk on eBay 😳 My gym only closed on Friday and already I’m feeling procrastination creeping in 😫

Maybe try running outside - that's still permitted at least for now. That said, I ordered a treadmill about 10 days ago! It wasn't super expensive from John Lewis but stocks are loe

It's out of stock I think atm but it is the pro-form 305 cost. It's foldable, but pretty large! It does work pretty well though. Needs some assembly which was tricky!

I have an amazing treadmill..........it cost nothing, uses none of the planet's scarce resources to make it and it is just outside my front door, providing a different experience every time I go on it. It doesn't break down or take up space in my house, has added vitamin D, guaranteed fresh air, variable inclines for strength training and is surrounded by amazing natural wonders that I would not have ever noticed had I stayed indoors.

Did I say, it is free..........it is also freedom.

That doesn't work in Spain currently where I am - complete lockdown as you probably know. The treadmill we have in the apartment here is INVALUABLE and I feel very lucky to have it.

Absolutely agree - but it's a precautionary measure- in some countries people are just not allowed out just now! Stay safe and well!

Honestly! The poster is asking for suggestions for a cheap treadmill .... why then do people have to recommend running outdoors instead?

I too would be interested in cheap treadmill recommendations.

PS I enjoy running outdoors but due to lockdown conditions in Spain, I'm unable to run (or even walk) outdoors.

See my post above. Try running outdoors in Spain currently and you'll be fined 100 euros. That *may* be coming to the UK soon ...
