Hi. I downloaded the free version of Strava and it’s been great. It will run alongside the C25k app and your music app. I’ve used both BBC Sounds and Amazon Music alongside mine while running. The music muted while coach’s voice speaks. All apps ran smoothly alongside each other n my iPhone. Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 😊

Strava, I get 'kudos' from my sons - likes - and that is even more incentive!

Strava is good. Its kind of like a social network. For more personal tracking, and no annoying adverts, I'd recommend sportractive.com - it's free.

There are many, none of which I’d actually go as far as to recommend for use during C25K. Choose one and track the runs by all means... just don’t look at those numbers until much later... this isn’t about speed or distance, it’s simply about getting to 30 minutes of running

I use Nike Run Club as it shares no data with anybody, doesn’t make a big deal out of running fast anywhere and doesn’t give you comparisons with others. I sometimes sync my runs to Strava, which is the polar opposite. NRC also has guided (coached) runs for after C25K... currently all the way to 13.1 miles.
