Went out for a run in the early evening. I ran for 40 minutes. It was a really good run in terms of pace and distance covered. My breathing was always under control and I felt stronger as the run went on.
I don't intend to run more than 40 minutes at the moment. Anything between 30 and 40 mins 3 times a week will do me fine.
