A c25k session doesn't burn enough calories to see much of a drop in total weight, however you should be seeing small shape changes by now, leggings fitting better etc.

Weight loss is really only effective by tracking your foods to see how many calories you're consuming and either doing enough activity to burn more than you're eating or reducing your intake so you have at least a small deficit.

I bet you have toned up and lost some inches though.

Remember you have also gained some muscle, which weighs more than fat.

This article may help explain it all anitabean.co.uk/https-anita...

Are you following the basic dietary advice in the guide to the plan?

Not really. Just trying to keep

Of the naughty stuff. I just thought as I never exercised at all before I would have seen a slight change. Definitely seen a change in my stamina which is great!!

Don't have the naughty stuff.......whatever that is ......in your home.

Output needs to exceed input in respect of calories.

I’ve been told that muscle weighs the same as fat but it makes you look more toned. Did you happen to take before pics? If not why not take one now so that you can compare from here to graduation? I have lost either but what I’m doing is changing me in other ways so I’m not focusing too much on the scales. They don’t account for every change you make 😊

Throw away your scales and use a tape measure. 👍
