So I done W1R1 last Sunday but the cramps in my class were terrible. On Wednesday, I went to do W1R2 but trying a different pair of shoes out (vapourmax). I got half way through and the cramp in my feet was unbearable so reluctantly had to stop.
Today, I reverted back to my original shoes which were 1000x more comfier than the vapour max (these ones are air max) only for the bubble on the sole to pop 10 mins in! I did not carry on my 60 second runs as I could feel my foot sloping at impact so instead done a 30 minute brisk walk.
Next stop is trainer shopping. Wish me luck!
