Graduation and First parkrun

Well well well, despite everything the last two months has thrown at me, I’ve made it to the end...5k parkrun in 28:04. Unbelievable.

Would like to say thanks to this forum as even though this is my first contribution, the advice, support and encouragement you lot give each other has definitely rubbed off on me and kept me honest with myself and what I’ve been trying to achieve. So THANK YOU.

Now to consolidate...and shine up that GRADUATE badge....
