Finished my C25K journey this morning in sunshine and a brisk breeze!
Thanks go to Michael Johnson on the C25K app, this forum and the Japanese slow jogging technique. I've also latterly been totally nose breathing as suggested by Patrick McKeown in the Oxygen Advantage.
Now to follow the advice and consolidate... π
