Quiet as a mouse

Back on the jolly old IC nursing red swollen weeping feet, psoriasis is a horrible thing and it comes up so quickly, on the plus side it can go very quickly too and my lovely doc prescribed antibiotics over the phone

So here i sit quiet as a mouse until i see a runner here then i cheer them on loudly

My daughter sent me a photo of her after work walk that i thought i’d share

I have shown signs of a return of the guttate psoriasis that befell me out of the blue last year. Just a few plaques appearing here and there Keeping my fingers crossed. Mind you mine was bad but I could run at least
