Completed the final run of Week 7, this morning, went quite well, got into a rhythm with my breathing and got through it, but was so glad to hear Jo W’s encouraging voice in my ear phones say, just 60 seconds left. Week 8 next, with runs increased from 25 to 28mins, a daunting thought, but as I keep repeating to myself Failure is not an option, I really want to achieve this. So I’m looking forward to the challenge.....Good Luck to everyone who’s on this journey stick with it we’re getting there!!

Great attitude! I started week 8 yesterday. I noticed those extra 3 minutes but I kept going. Not long to go now 😃👍🏼. See you at the finish!

The jump from 25 to 28 is a lot easier than from 5 to 8... you’ve done that and more besides... nothing to fear now. Slow and steady in every step up, and you got this.
