Feeling good this morning as managed to get up early and go for a run.. Wk5 seemed a good point to restart and run 2 was ok.. Legs did still feel a bit sore from Sunday but hey I did it... Thursday will be the 20 minute run so we will see what shape my legs and lungs are in then... Have a great tuesday...
