W5.1 #2 Back after a month

Back in the groove after a full month off with a cold and chest infection. I'd got to W6.1 in February, so dropped back a week to see how I'd cope. The 3x5min runs were absolutely fine, and the layoff has helped my knees recover from the initial run at C25K, so all good.

Looking forward to Tuesday - just hope I don't get too achy after today.

Great job... nice comeback running. Fresh legs help, it’s good to see you benefitted from them today. Have a wonderful run on Tuesday. Keep those legs loose tomorrow and you’ll be fine.

Welcome back GpS. There seem to be a lot of those kind of bugs around at the moment. I was out for the first time in 3 weeks on Saturday, also re-doing W5 R1, and by jove did my legs ache yesterday? I decided to give myself an extra couple of rest days to recover from that and so instead of this morning, plan to attempt W5 R2 on Wednesday. I wish you a successful return.
