Our local library has a magazine exchange, which is where I picked up last February’s copy of SAGA Magazine. There was a great article about Carlton, the bloke in the photo, and how C25k has helped him cope with depression and suicidal thoughts, leading him on to other forms of madness such as ultra marathons. I’ve ongoing issues with depression myself and I found the article really inspiring. So if you’re out there, Carlton, thanks, and may there be many more happy miles ahead x

So inspiring. The idea of ultra running fascinated me. I think there is so much that is good for mental health in running. Having something to look forward to in a run is powerful. Sounds like a good read.
