Finally, a sunny run! W6R2

After the past few weeks of wind and rain, it was great to get out into today's sunshine for my second run of W6. Still finding my legs feel like lead but kept on going and completed the run. Looking forward to the longer runs coming up and hoping they will help increase my stamina though I'm not sure that my pace will ever increase from a very slow jog!

I have just looked at W6R2, as it's my run tomorrow. Looks like it's going to be tough, but I'm actually looking forward to it, especially if the weather isn't looking too bad.

Sunshine makes such a difference doesn't it! Keeping your hydration up, especially the day before a run, can make a difference to those heavy legs as the runs get longer. Core strengthening exercises on non running days will also help to take some of the strain from the legs, if you can face it. Great work, good luck with run 3.
