W7R1 Completed, but felt a bit lumberey today, lead leg syndrome, did it though and even pushed myself and added a short run (stagger) towards the end. Plus it wasn’t raining. Legs are aching now though, but feeling positive. Could do with something to give me an energy boost for these longer runs, any suggestions? Energy bar of some kind or jump leads maybe 🤪

Exercise on some of your rest days needs to be upped as the runs get longer... Strength and stamina need as much work as those running legs. Pop across to the S and F forum for some great ideas to keep that body going :)
