Finished my first week yesterday now to start week 2 on saturday gonna start doing some stretches thing is shall I do a few b4 I run or after or both ?

I would recommend both. Warm up is important but so is cool down. Good luck!

Dynamic stretches before you run, to get fluid moving round your joints and put them through a full range of movement. The five minute warm up walk will get your heart rate up.

Static stretches when you get back .👍
