Please read the guide to the plan which has links to stretches appropriate to pre run and post run........they are not the same thing. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
I would recommend both. Warm up is important but so is cool down. Good luck!

Dynamic stretches before you run, to get fluid moving round your joints and put them through a full range of movement. The five minute warm up walk will get your heart rate up.
Static stretches when you get back .👍
