Just done Run 1 of Week 2. I have never run before but do like walking. I decided I needed to get a bit fitter, saw the app and decided to give it a try. First run 60 seconds seemed like hours but I didn't find the 90 seconds too bad today! Do need to get myself better trainers though.

Well done I am doing my first run of he second week today- a bit nervous but hoping I can get through it! I do find good trainers definitely help.
The right footwear can make a difference. I am on week 2 also, the 2 minutes walks help! 🤗
