Congratulations on your running, just take run 3 of week 5 slow and steady, good luck.

Stick absolutely to the programme with 3 runs a week or at least run 1 and rest 1. Read the advice from administrators on pinned posts and stick to it. Keep motivated through the forum and above all - keep it sloooooow!

Well done! What a brilliant goal to aim for👍👏👏 w5r3 is notorious, but totally achievable. Start slow, slow down more if you need to and enjoy the massive sense of achievement you will feel at the end! Good luck 🍀

Fantastic cause and good luck with your goal! As for C25K, observing the rest* days becomes increasingly important as you exercise more and, as others have said - go slow.

*You can do other things on "rest" days, just not running - allow your muscles to recover.
