I didn’t carry on after my 1st run as took my legs days to feel better with the aches, so repeated my 1st run today 😬 I did my stretches and warm ups, still feeling the pain! But I’m not giving up! Obviously my legs arnt used to exercise so going to carry on!! Not going to beat me!

That’s the right attitude. 👏🏼🎉 No shame in spending time getting that body on side for this new effort. After all, it’s probably been on the couch for more than a day or two. 🤣 Just keep on keeping on, remembering that the brisk walking is also helping to build up your legs, your breathing and your general stamina. It’s all good! And stay in touch, as we all encourage each other here. We didn’t just pop up suddenly as runners either. You will get there. 👍👏🏼 (And enjoy being outdoors, while you’re about it,) 😊
