Today was to be my final run of the programme and I had been looking forward to it all day.
Set out at a nice pace but then 15 minutes or so in I picked up the pace a bit. After another 6 or 7 minutes I began to feel light headed so decided to stop running and walk back home.
Not sure why I felt like that, although I increased the pace O have run faster. Or perhaps I have not been taking on as much water in the days leading up to this run. Or perhaps a combination of the two.
Anyway, eest tomorrow, then we go again on Tuesday.
Happy runnings.

Never mind, a practice run contributes to stamina, so it’s all good. I would suggest taking it slowly all the way, and get your badge 🏅. You can experiment thereafter, with pace, speed etc 👍. Good luck next time, I’m sure you’ll be fine 😁
Tuesday it is! Don't pressurise yourself too much. You will do it and I can't wait to hear about it. Head up and chin off chest. Smile too, this helps as you run. Steady away and as you get past the toxic 10 minutes keep positive. Whatever the run is or feels like, it's the best you have on the day. Graduation awaits...
