Alright ive finished the c25k program. Didn’t reach 5k but i was damm close. And now ... i want my badge. Also I plan on trying to get 5k in 20mins. Then maybe a tenk in 40? I want to do this while im still young and think im making a transition from swimmer and gymnast too a runner. -the lazar cannon
