Wow what a difference a few days rest made. I absolutely hated every minute of R2 this week on Monday. Tonight was a breeze.

I'm now actively looking forward to running week 9. I never thought I'd be thinking that on Mondays run!

Liz, our group running guru, has us scheduled to do a couple of 5k runs in March.

Well done! I finished week 8 yesterday as well, looking forward to seeing the graduation posts from all the usernames I recognise start appearing next week.. How are we almost at the end?!
