Two weeks into my C25k journey ! I heavily rely on music to get me through runs ! But how is the best way to store phones with headphones ?

If you mean where to put the phone while running, I have a very light and flat 'bum bag' which I strap round my waist.

Like Roxdog said, if you have no pockets👍

I have a belt and run the headphones wire up under my top. Works for me because I don’t have fancy wireless kit!

I purchased a cheap belt bag off amazon. Does the job.

I hate running belts. I got a garmin 645 to store music on and aftershokz wireless headphones.

Mmm but that's a bit of an investment!

I wear my phone in a case around my upper arm

That was my solution too...it took two goes to get the size right for my phone. Now I pop it into a zipped pocket of my top. Not the answer when it gets lovely and warm. 😎🤞

amazon.co.uk/dp/B076P8M1MW/... I’ve got one of these - it’s a sort of Lycra belt that stretches to fit your phone, a small wallet, keys and in my case parkrun barcode. I like it. It’s not bulky,

I use a small mp3 player that clips to my shirt. I download podcasts that last 30 minutes and that keeps me happy. Infinite Monkey Cage is a good choice.

I have these and I love them... alpkit.com/products/koulin-... reviews they have a zipped pocket on the back waist band that I keep my phone in and I run my headphone wire under my top!

Ive got a pair of wireless earbuds and buy running tights with a pocket big enough for the phone. I’ve tried armbands and a belt but don’t like the feeling.

I bought some running leggings from M&S and they have a pocket on one leg. I’ve only ran on a treadmill so far but it’s great cos I can’t even tell the phone is there. I use wireless headphones though.

I used to use wired earbuds and keep my phone in a jacket that I got from m and s, (zipped pockets with a media outlet stitched in), in warmer weather I used a flipbelt.

The wires drove me nuts though, eventually I got wireless earbuds there's lots out there, Amazon is often a good place to start 😊

Until a few weeks ago I just ran with my phone in my hand, now I have a pair of Nike running leggings which have hidden pockets. I thought the phone might slip out or the touchscreen might be activated and stop the app, but no problem so far.

I use wireless headphones.

I use a running belt and EarPods. The belt is waterproof and fits in all of the essentials.

We use wireless earphone with a wire between them. We had a discussion with quite a few people at various parkruns and came to the conclusion that wireless ear buds are not secure enough. It seems quite a few fall out and even get totally lost. And they are not cheap!

As for the phones? We use runners bumbags. They can be worn front or back and suit us well. Can also keep my keys and a debit card/cash for the obligatory after run Full English!

I keep my phone in zipped jacket pocket.

I've tried keeping it in my pocket and I've tried armbands and neither of those worked for me. I'm now using a running belt and it's great - half the time I forget it's even there.

I bought a running bum bag, but I don't like it because it's bulky, even when empty. I bought my daughter in law a flat running belt that she loves.

I also bought a cheap pair of bluetooth headphones - about £20, I think. They've been great.

As a beginner to C25k I wanted to tackle this without forking out too much cash so I bought:

This belt at £6.59:

Befekt Gears Running Belt,... amazon.co.uk/dp/B07Q9PZ3TN?...

These earphones @ £11.99

Betron BS10 Earphones Headphones... amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MA1MJ6H?...

And I'm really happy with my purchases for the stage I'm at with running

Hi. I tried an arm band but didn’t like it. Then bought a soft flip belt style thing off Amazon. It’s great. Keys, tissues, phone, doggy doo bag! All the running essentials right there. 😃
