Switching phones and app has reset on my new phone???

Hi all!

I have recently bought a new phone. My old phone still has the app which I have been using for running. So I do all the transfer and so on but on my new phone, the app has gone back to week 1!!! If I try to do the week 5 directly but not doing the runs before the week 5, it just doesn't work or doesn't let me start where I am... Has anyone experienced this problem? What do I do about it? Thanks!!!

Maybe try uninstalling the app then reinstall? I’ve switched phones and didn’t have a problem skipping sessions to the one I was on at the time. sometimes apps mess up sorry, hope you get it to work soon

Mine defaulted to w1r1 but I was able to click on w5r1 and start again from there. If didn’t show any of my previous data but I don’t mind that.

I did that, and the app stopped working in the middle of a run, making me actually run longer than intended, about 20 minutes uninterrupted and 3 minutes walk and another 5 minutes run. I was doing w5r1... Ok...

This is kinda long winded way of doing it, but it works. Just start the W1R1 and let it finish by itself, then do the same with W1R2..... and so on and so on. The app doesn’t know that you’re sat on your backside stuffing your face with chocolate or you’re running at breakneck speed.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well, you made me chuckle... All the effort and eat chocolate??? Nooooooo please!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Yes I suppose it is kinda easy to do, but... All the runs will be saved on the same day... Lol
