Struggling to run in this bad weather. Feel guilty but it's been so severe. Hoping Monday is better

It is awful and it's very hard to set out in dreadful weather, not so bad if it starts when you're out.

Why not check out strength and Flex forum and do some other exercises indoors, you'll get a sense of achievement for doing something and get those endorphins from getting your heart rate up too! 👍🏻😁

The Plank challenge is a good one or even simple things like dancing around your kitchen to your favourite tunes all counts!
