I’m so keen to get to 30 min run ..again having achieved it a couple of months ago but today ... set out on final week 9 run 1 and had to give up after 20 mins... never done that before...I know I can just call it a ‘practice’ run but I’m worried having ‘given up’ once I’ll do it again...
My excuse is... it was very windy!!

Or you went a bit fast, slow right down you can always up the speed if you’ve got anything left at the end, start so slow you feel silly but tell yourself if i go slow enough i will be able to run for long enough
Ah! the dreaded toxic 10 may be worth googling that as it’s a good explanation, and if you are pushing yourself through that first five minutes plus the warm up walk, then you will be shattered by the end
It is super windy, that does make things tougher. Just keep going - a 20 minute run is an achievement anyway! The next one might be great! I'm fed up with the wind!
