I have a stinking head cold and was due to do week 5 run 2 tonight. Really don’t think I’m up to running tonight 🙁

I’ve also had the cold from hell. But I decided to go out and the running movement dislodged something (!) and suddenly I was coughing properly and my chest was clear!
Ok, I was lousy again the next day but running certainly didn’t make me feel any worse. 😊

I have a cold but went out this afternoon, I’m on W3 R1. Actually felt better when I was running, my nose cleared. Blocked again tonight lol! See how you feel tomorrow 🤞🏻

Listening to your body is always wise, there is no point running if you don’t feel up to it.
The general rule about colds is, from the neck upwards you can run if you feel like it, but if it has gone down on your chest wait until it is better. Mend soon x 😀
