Disappointed

I have not been able to run for the last 5 weeks due to severe knee problems, I thought it was feeling better to start to run again, however been this morning to the gym and tried to run but my knee completely gave way and in a lot of pain again . Looks like my attempt to be a runner had come to the end . I managed to get to week 6 run 2 😥

I have been to my GP he has taken bloods to see if it is arthritis because it isn’t just my knees a lot of my joints are painful.

Once you've heard back it may still be helpful to see a physio... with or without arthritis it sounds like being active is a goal of yours and they may be able to help you achieve that with less pain. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Most issues can be overcome.

See a physio once you get results from your GP.
