Didn't want to start from scratch so pushed it: 30 minutes complete! Last 10 was a mind over matter affair though!

That's so strange I was thinking about you this morning and wondering how you were after your eye operations. Kidney stone pain is horrendous.

Great to see you back and what a runπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Windows cleaned now have a stigmatism to sort out - and yes, kidney stone pain is horrid! I was puking and screaming like a baby! Very slow pace and the last 10 where a push but at least I've got 2 days rest before Mondays' run!

I had 3 kidney stones years ago and was sent home from casualty 7 times before they were found. Got 2 treatments called Lithotripsy and fingers crossed never had them again

Sitting in a bowl of warm water having shockwaves sent through your nads isn't much fun but I think it worked - got a follow up check soon.

Thanks to all! Glad to be back! 2 months is a long time so need to consolidate a bit before I pick up the pace!

Empathy and respect, having had both of those conditions! You are presumably seeing the scenery beautifully clearly now!

Keep drinking the water!

Its actually quite hard to drink 2-3 litres a day! Esp. if you have a quite static jobI , have to keep forcing myself to drink pints of water! Built I need to build new habits.

Thank you! Generally falling apart actually - eyes, kidneys, knee, back & shoulders! All aching - all over xmas! Tried out RigPigs knee brace today - very good! Will keep cranking out the 30 minute runs - hopefully will gradually increase pace/distance.

Thanks to all who posted!
