I couldn't believe in W5 that I'd be able to do the solid 20 mins run. But everyone here provided encouragement and I did it, and it was fine! But the doubts are back! I can't figure out how I'll be able to do a solid 25 min run given that tonight I definitely needed that 3 min break between the two 10 mins runs. It's all just part of the plan though, right, slow and steady?

Absolutely right.. slow and steady is the mantra...and it works it really does... every run, every week makes you stronger. Trust the plan, and believe in yourself... we all believe in you ... very well done!
I did W6R3 today and felt the same. It’s daunting now that it’s all running! But you can do 20 mins so you’ll do the 25 mins. And if you’re anything like me you’ll enjoy the last 5 minutes the most. Took me so long to get into my stride today and was tempted to stop early on. I’m yet to have a truly bad run and thought today could be it. But I changed the song and kept on going and you will too 😀 unbelievable to think how far we’ve come in 6 weeks!
I did W6R3 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. What a difference a week makes! I came on here for the first time when I saw W5R3 and was terrified. I was so reassured by all the advice. As you say slow and steady. I had struggled with the previous run too but for some reason this one actually felt easier. I wasn't waiting for the walk to come so I just paced myself slowly and it felt amazing to have finished the 25 minutes. I felt like a runner for the first time and couldn't stop smiling. You can absolutely do this!
