Out last night to do W6R3 for the second time and ran for the 25 minutes increased the distance from Monday from 4.46 km to 4.52 km in the time allowed and had to laugh when Laura pips you are a runner as I had been there about 10 weeks ago. On to Friday and finish week 6 and have a go at week 8.
