Looking out and feeling smug.

I have been scheduling my runs on a Saturday-Monday or Tuesday-Thursday basis.

Whilst I do appreciate the structure of a day off between runs, I looked at the weekend weather forecast and opted to complete R3 of W6 on Friday night. So out into the countryside donned in hi-viz top and head torch, I completed a rather slow 25 minute run. I awoke this morning to discover the rain battering against the window being carried by strong winds. Last night looks a very wise decision.

Hehe, I usually run on a Friday but I purposefully skipped it so I could go this morning. Was quite disappointed that there was only drizzle and a slight breeze.
