Oh my I was so scared of this one and had convinced myself I could not do it putting it off for a few days! Today I made myself get up and try and I did it! Totally amazed at myself, just wish I could stop talking myself out of runs so easily. 🤦🏻♀️

Well done for getting out there & getting the job done. Hold on to the feeling at the end of your runs to take you into the next one, you can do this.
A lot of this programme is mental, I don’t get into a conversation with myself if I did, I still be on the couch 🤣 I have set run days, I don’t look forward, I just do as I’m told when I press “Start” (a first 🤣) keep it nice and slow, you’ll be fine x 👍
