Managed to complete W7R1 and I actually can’t believe it. I had planned to do it tomorrow as I was very sore from a HIIT class I took the other day. I was on the treadmill today just to walk and loosen myself up and then I just fancied running a little, I didn’t turn the app on I just started running and I was ok until the 23rd minute when I decided to take some water which ended up giving me a stitch so it was a a hard finding 2mins 🤣 but I honestly think if I didn’t get that stitch I could have kept running! I think I may have finally got that runners high everyone talks about. Seeing all the people on here definitely helped keep me motivated! Looking forward to the next 3 weeks of runs 🏃🏽‍♀️

Brilliant! Sometimes a run can help if you have a little muscle ache, I find. Lovely to hear you got a runner’s high! Well done on your running achievement so far...you are so close to finishing the programme! Keep it slow and steady, and most of all, enjoy. 👍
