After finishing C25K and consolidating for 6 weeks I had my first momentary cramp in my left calf, just as I was completing the run. It didn't last but it's still sore. Any ideas on what I should be doing to avoid this? Oh, I did the fastest run on my local hills so far. That might be the reason.

I’m no expert, but I thought that cramping was a hydration thing. Hope someone with better knowledge than me comes along and gives you great advice.
Belated congratulations on your graduation!

If it is cramp it could be down to inadequate hydration.........2-3 litre each and every day, running or not.
It could be a pulled muscle so take care.
Leg strengthening exercises and general physical fitness (try Strength and Flex) will help, assuming that you have appropriate footwear.
Keeping pace down helps reduce injury risk.
Still haven't bought good footwear and I was finishing off my run with some vigour - both may have contributed.
Today, two days later, thinking that I could manage it, I was doing a slow version of the 'Speed' podcast (okay, that wasn't sensible in hindsight) on the undulating roads around my house and found that I had to stop. I'm using ice but now figure that my exercise will need to be walking for the next week or two.
