Quite pleased to have managed to complete week 3 today despite Storm Ciara trying to poke her oar in!
Slipped a couple of days because of weather earlier, but still roughly on track.
Main surprises so far are that is is starting to become a bit of a habit, so getting easier to drag myself out. Having the structure and targets of the plan is really working for me I think. Also quite enjoying it and a little bit surprised that even at this early level it is enough to get quite a buzz from completing the runs! Think it is a combination of getting outdoors, on a nice quiet path, and making progress with the plan, as well as the run.
Keeping the pace nice and steady, as I certainly felt the 3 minute runs by the time they were complete.
Week 4 looks challenging!
